Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Integrati Solutions AB, a company registered in Sweden ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Insiqta platform, including the website, screener, API, WebSocket feeds, MCP Server, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Insiqta is an AI-native market data platform specializing in Swedish insider trading data sourced from Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). The Service includes:

• A web-based screener for browsing and filtering insider transactions
• A REST API for programmatic access to insider trading data
• WebSocket feeds for real-time transaction streaming
• An MCP Server for integration with AI agents and workflows
• Notification rules for monitoring specific transactions

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys and WebSocket tokens. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered through the following subscription tiers:

• Basic — 49 kr/month or 490 kr/year. Includes screener access, advanced filtering, saved views, up to 3 notification rules, and 5+ years of historical data.
• Pro — 199 kr/month or 1 990 kr/year. Includes everything in Basic, plus up to 100,000 API requests per month, 1 WebSocket key, MCP Server access, up to 10 notification rules, and priority support.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing. Unlimited API requests, WebSocket connections, notification rules, custom SLAs, delivery guarantees, and a dedicated account manager.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused API quota.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Access to the API, WebSocket feeds, and MCP Server is subject to the rate limits and quotas defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or temporarily suspended access.

You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, use multiple accounts to increase quota, or engage in any activity designed to degrade the performance or availability of the Service.

All insider trading data provided through the Service is sourced from publicly available filings with Finansinspektionen. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

The data and tools provided by Insiqta are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or any solicitation to buy, sell, or hold securities. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment company.

You acknowledge and agree that any investment or trading decisions you make are entirely at your own risk. Integrati Solutions AB shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your reliance on data or tools provided through the Service.

Past insider trading activity does not predict future stock performance. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially share data obtained from the Service without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service outside of the provided API
• Build a competing product or service using data obtained from Insiqta
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and data presentation (but excluding the underlying public regulatory data), is the property of Integrati Solutions AB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Any data you upload or provide to us remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Integrati Solutions AB, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for termination due to a violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt), Sweden.
